Welcome, I am Natasha Shildrick, the driving force behind Nanno. As a certified permanent makeup artist and trainer, I bring to the table over five years of extensive experience in the industry. My professional journey commenced as a makeup artist specialising in bridal makeup, which gave me incredible opportunities, including travel to European destinations for photoshoots and wedding engagements.

However, when I ventured into permanent makeup I realised this was the career I wanted to pursue, prompting me to retire my makeup brushes. In November 2023, I was fortunate enough to open my own premises– the Nanno clinic and academy.

My distinctive approach revolves around crafting natural enhancements, epitomised by my trademarked brow style, the Nanno brow. Employing a machine rather than a handheld blade ensures long lasting results with minimal trauma to the skin. This technology not only gives me the flexibility to create various brow styles but also extends to additional treatments such as eyeliner and lip blush.

The year 2022 marked a significant milestone as I earned a finalist nomination for the best hair-stroke artist of the year at the PMU conference awards. Over three years ago, I embarked on a teaching career, instructing Level 3 diplomas in makeup artistry at private beauty colleges. The knowledge and expertise gained from this endeavor empowered me to develop accredited permanent makeup training courses catering to individuals of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

This initiative aims to cultivate a community of Nanno-approved artists equipped with the requisite knowledge, skills, proper equipment, and, most importantly, the confidence to embark on their new careers. Successful completion of any of our brow courses bestows the title of an approved Nanno brow specialist, allowing individuals to utilize the trademarked name for promotional purposes.
